Description:

Qualcomm's Enterprise AI team is hiring an Engineer / Associate Engineer to accelerate internal AI adoption and build intelligent automation tooling across the global organization. In this role, you will help design, build, and validate end-to-end AI platform systems, multi-step agentic workflows, and cloud-edge infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of core backend software engineering and GenAI application deployment, you will build data ingestion pipelines, construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, manage Large Language Model (LLM) post-training assets, and deploy highly scalable inference APIs that empower Qualcomm’s multi-disciplinary engineering groups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related quantitative field from a premium, reputed academic institution.
• A strong academic tracking record, with a preferred CGPA/GPA metric of 8.5+.
• 0–1 year of professional or high-impact internship experience inside software engineering or advanced data science domains.
• Exceptional foundational command over core Computer Science principles, including deep understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Operating Systems (OS), Computer Networks, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
